12 scouts (Scott, Corey,
Dainis, Kevin, Ceilidh, Jony, Tom, Anthony, Nicholas, Riley, Jani, and
Joel), , our whole troop, participated in Octoberee this year with Lyn
and Skip as leaders. Saturday was a busy day with first and second year
scouts at modules, Ceilidh and Dainis at the Leadership course and the
other three helping around camp. There are no pictures of our nice fire
Saturday, and as you'll see we didn't manage one Sunday. By 9 o'clock
most of the boys were "too tired" to go the traditional Camp Fire, which
was cut short by rain right after Kevin's Booma Chicka. Most skipped Mug
Up and went right to bed.
Sunday the boys slept in
a little and just made it to Scout's Own (looking like they had just rolled
out of bed- which they had.) The first years and Ceilidh and Dainis had
a few modules to finish up, while the rest packed up and cleaned
up.
There are two problems with these pictures
- I didn't start taking them until Joel, Kevin and Anthony had already
left (Sorry) and they aren't very exciting (Sorry I will do better next
time.) Also I may have spelled some names wrong. let me know.
